But I knew that if I wanted a happier life, I was going to have to take matters into my own hands.

It wasn't until I made simple tweaks to my spending, organized my to-do lists, and focused on sustainable wellness habits that I, once and for all, was able to get the life I had been dreaming of.

Regaining financial control and my time back trickled into other areas of my life like health and wellness.

My family and I eat better than we ever have. We have time AND money to do the things that are important to us. And we're never stressed about it.

I took my lemons and made lemonade. And you know what the best part about making lemonade is?

12 weeks of 1:1 coaching with messaging support between sessions. This gives us time to work through one pillar deeply and build sustainable systems.

We can! But we start with ONE to build momentum. Once you have systems in place for your first pillar, we naturally integrate the others.

Only if you choose the Health & Wellness pillar AND you want to. Some clients benefit from tracking, others don't. I meet you where you are.

You'll be required to:

  • Show up to weekly sessions
  • Complete action steps between sessions (they're small and doable)
  • Track your habits in the area we're working on (spending, time, wellness)
  • Reach out when you need support (I can't read minds, unfortunately)
  • Be honest with yourself about what's working and what's not
